Great experience
Made it easy to understand the policy and was very friendly during call. Was patient with my horrible reception and called me back every time my phone dropped the call.. Price was very competitive and being able To adjust my policy to my needs is a great option!

Won't cover anything that implies wellness
I've been a Healthy Paws customer for many years. Customer service is good and claims process is easy. Unfortunately they will not cover anything that might be implied to be for your dog's wellness or preventative care. It makes no sense; I assume that they would rather cover expensive life-threatening issues than cover preventative treatments. I advise people to choose a different company.

Satisfied with Spot
I was searching for a new pet insurance provider after my past one had too many big of changes with rates. I switched to Spot a few months ago and have been very satisfied with how much i'm paying each month, along with the service when i have any questions! Definitely recommend spot if you're looking for a trustworthy company
