Excellent experience!
The service is really amazing it is a very clean environment and they even have treats for your fur baby on the premises. The visits are a little costly, but worth it when you see and experience the treatment that is given. They also have appointments and time slots that are pretty nice and open 7 days a week!

Run to another company!
Horrible company. Scam people into purchasing insurance and then deny claims for illnesses. Do not trust them with your pets' health. Go to another company! After calling the company based on the reply to this review. I am still convinced this company is not worth the money. I did cancel and have sent in an appeal to their denial of the claim. I will wait and see what happens now. I am sure, even though I attached an extensive letter from the specialist, that they will deny the claim since I cancelled the policy with them Run to another company! And check reviews before you sign with any of them. I should have done that, I would never have signed with them in the first place if I had.

Easy process & some feedback
Easy process. It'd be good to have some directions re: submitting claims for the wellness rider and the normal insurance policy. Is it one submission for both, two submissions with an annotated invoice for each one, etc. A little note/reminder on the submission page would be sufficient I would think.
