I spoke to one of your reps and she was very polite, and knowledgeable and did not rush me off the phone!! She did not put me on âholdâ or transfer my call, she was a pleasure to speak to and very enthusiastically ask about my puppy Ben!! So glad I chose Trupanion for Bens health coverage!!!!

I liked your rates and flexibility with copays. I like the fact that you donât drop pets because of high claims and that you donât raise rates as the pet ages.
