After the loss of a cat and elderly dog in 18 months and the expensive emergency vet fees we decided to sign our other pets up for an insurance plan. We did a lot of research and settled on Fetch. We currently have 4 cats (including our new kitten) and we just adopted a rescue dog. Our kitten is super active and even after doing everything we could to kitten-proof our house he somehow managed to break his hip - we aren’t sure how but think he climbed up the outside of the stairs and fell from 12 feet up when he couldn’t turn around - I caught him doing this the day before but grabbed him before he got too high, and hadn’t yet figure out how to prevent this. I had installed netting along the inside of the stairs in fear of him slipping through the rails but didn’t account for that 2.5” overhang on the outside. So our baby cat had to have very expensive emergency vet care followed by surgery. Fetch was amazing and it only took about 2 weeks for the reimbursement to show up in my account with zero issues. We had used it once previously for one of our cats having nonspecific gastro issues and they were just as responsive then. I can’t believe we went so many years without pet insurance but I would not be without it again. Pay attention to the requirements and ensure you have a yearly visit in your pet’s records, you will need that to make a claim. I find the app easy to use and will recommend Fetch to everyone!

Embrace the Coverage
Embrace is an awesome company -- not only is coverage better than other pet insurance companies, but the employees honestly care about helping the customer. Recently, clarification was needed on a submitted invoice and the representative working on the claim reached out to my Vet for clarification -- awesome customer service!

Excellent pet insurance
I was very hesitant to buy pet insurance and after reading reviews, I chose Manypets. The turn around time for claims is amazing. I submitted two claims and within the hour they were approved and I had a direct deposit in my account the very next day. Submitting the claim online is also a plus. Thank you for the great service.

I am forever grateful for Embrace Pet Insurance! By far one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to my best friends health. My Sadie was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy last April and has needed a lot of care. Embrace has made it possible for me to not only give her the best care possible, it has significantly helped ease the financial stress that comes along with such a difficult diagnosis. Our life has changed tremendously, it's been rough, but She is worth it! Horrible claims coverage experience…
Purchased pet insurance with Figo on March 8th 2022 after speaking with a representative and was assured ease of use and reimbursement with non pre-existing conditions. Note that we already had pet insurance and never would have switched if we were given grace period policies. Our pet was in excellent health with regular vet visits (all documented). Six months later we took our pet to the vet for an immediate visit due to limping. Surgery was administered shortly after (again all documented). The appt was on Sept 14th, which falls after the grace period (Sept 9th) yet the insurance company is claiming that this is a pre-existing condition, which it is NOT. I have made two appeals with the insurance company and both were denied. You are not given more than two appeal attempts (how convenient for Figo). The vet also wrote two letters summarizing the events and that it was not a pre-existing condition. I have also submitted a claim & complaint with my state division of insurance. It seems Figo will do just about anything to deny claims on the basis that they are all pre-existing. Pay the extra $20 for a better insurance company that will actually take care of your pet in need and not leave you out to dry with financial burden.

Trupanion has been great with all our claims.
Trupanion has been quick, efficient and kind through our entire process. They have stood by the coverage the offered when we got our puppy who ended up very sick. Without Trupanion he may not be still here with us. We are so grateful.
