Trupanion is a company that truly cares and does what they say they will.
I want every animal lover to know that Trupanion is the REAL deal. I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a puppy that went into the hospital with parvovirus 11 days after picking him up. It broke our hearts that our puppy passed away 6 days later. We had a very large hospital bill and Trupanion covered exactly what they said they would, 90% of all covered charges. The few things not covered were post mortem/cremation and the deductible. It was a huge support. No one excepts to need this insurance, especially when your animal is so young. Nothing changes the loss of our puppy. However, due to Trupanion, we feel fortunate not to have the financial burden that came with our loss. Trupanion did exactly what they said they would do, which is uncommon these days! Every call was meant with professionalism and compassion.

Ran into some serious health issues with 18 month old cavalier. Getting them all the history and info they needed was challenging and sometimes frustrating BUT once that was done, their process couldn’t be easier.
