First off pumpkin sent me paper copies…
First off pumpkin sent me paper copies of my policies so I can reach for them at any time if I have a question. There are no surprises and everything is very clear. No guessing or wondering. Pumpkin even sent me a mailed ( to my home) EOB ( just like my insurance) which was wonderful. They paid and explained everything and even direct deposited my refund.
