I enrolled my baby golden 3 months ago

I enrolled my baby golden 3 months ago. Lapu was 3 months and he is healthy dog. Month ago we described something unusual on him skin and went to the our doctor. Doctor gave him antibiotics and said that is just acne, because he is still poppy and eating everything outside. I provided all documents to the Many Pets. After 2 weeks silence, someone sent email, that they need more documents for Lapu, even from the breeder. Well, I sent ALL documents I have for my dog. Then they said they need “ soap notes “ from our vets. Our vet said he gave ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS which insurance will need and he doesn’t have any “ soap notes”. After one month from my claim said i need more 2 weeks from last update. Well, after 2 weeks they sent email: they’re approved my claim, but I have deductible left $200 left before they start reimbursing claim, so, this is just a scam. Nobody said I have a deductible. Don’t trust them, they just looking for take money from your pocket. I canceled our policy, i still need to pay to the doctor by myself, why I need any insurance to pay them just for wind. ?

Our little 12 yr old 4 lb chihuahua was not eating, looking lethargic for about 3 days. We took her to the emergency vet where they ran a bunch of test (5 hours later) blood work and all test came back good. They hydrated her and now she is back to normal. Pets Best after we paid our deductible covered everything. We were very impressed.

A great decision from the start

A great decision from the start. I have 2 pups and both have policies. We’ll you really hope to never have an emergency. 3 months later 1 of my pups needed meds, X-ray, and blood test. It was a chunk of a payment. We’ll I don’t believe cost of vets help your feelings of sadness for your pet. Thankfully after submitting my claim, PetsBest helped me out. It was a good feeling. My puppy is getting better too.
