This company will cheat you! It’s

These people are lying so and so’s….they didn’t cover thousands of dollars of emergency room bills for my dog who was covered by an emergency insurance policy. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE They will take your money and then give you the run around. Liars! Cheats!

Our seven month old pup was diagnosed…

Our seven month old pup was diagnosed with Giardia and Lyme in the same week. We were devastated but so thankful we had Pet’s Best. Our claims were approved easily and allowed us to care for our puppy and not be as stressed about finances.

Gladly pocket premiums, but don't pay claims

Paid premiums on auto draft. 1st claim submitted for kennel cough on both dogs. Claims turned down. Called for reason told couldn't get histories from the vet previously taken ( even though they had history on one since he was only 16 weeks old and history was vaccinations only). The sad part was that the claims would have only applied to deductible. No $ at stake. Both claim on both dogs rejected. Cancelled these crappy policies and evidently wasted the premiums paid. Do not risk your pets' health's with this so-called insurance.
