There was an error on the part of the vet that I was unaware of.
There was an error on the part of the vet that I was unaware of. I received a rejected notice after a confirmed claim and after the surgery was done. I was at work and unable to read the whole thing. Just a suggestion, put something in the body of the email that states second claim for same procedure, or whatever is needed so the client doesn't panic. Other than that, the service, given the time required, was excellent. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My furbaby us doing awesome.

The process was fairly simple, but we were refunded much less than predicted. I'm not sure who decides this, or if there is a challenge function.
