Recommendation
I would like to recommend that you make it easier to locate the Preventative Essential Policy as I had a hard time locating the information. Other than that, it was easy to compare the Pet Insurance policy and the website is very easy to use.

Terrible company
This is literally the WORST run business I have ever come across. I had to give our service dog back to Virginia Service Dogs and on August 8 I emailed and called to request transfer back. By NOVEMBER it was clear transfer did not happen and I was being charged 50 a month still. I called and emailed again and was assured the transfer would be "escalated." welp, folks here we are near February, and I am still being charged, no transfer and the service dog is still being insured by me, not her new owner. More calls and emails with promises of "escalation of transfer" today but I am not holding my breath. PLEASE save your sanity and do not do business with Healthy paws. Here is a claim number, true to form, the policy number is impossible to find:1019125-1-2
