Embrace won't accept your claim if you wait. I held on to my receipts from the entire year to handle all at once. They won't accept my claims from earlier in the year because my policy renewed during that time. My pets were covered during that time. They received covered services. There should be no time limit to file a claim.

We recently lost a dog to lymphoma, we didn't have pet insurance. The cost was staggering. We adopted Stormey and knew we were going to get insurance this time. So far Fetch has covered all her medical needs. She recently was diagnosed with a heart murmur, they covered that too. Thank you Fetch for taking some stress off for a stressful time. Good news, its treatable. Thank you again!

They are horrible
They are horrible. I have sent in multiple review requests and tried to email for explanations. I have had the vet send in information, but they have not responded to any of the emails. They have been happy to take my money for absolutely nothing and IGNORE ME.

Outstanding Customer Service Representative …
The customer service representatives are always so helpful when I call to ask specific questions about Toby’s policy coverage, especially when we were in the Pet Emergency Hospital in Wisconsin. She helped navigate us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns when we were under so much stress not knowing what our outcome would be. I can’t think of a more compassionate representative or insurance company for pets than Trupanion. I have been with them for 3 1/2 years and never plan on leaving. I tell everyone I know how important it is to have it because you never know when your family fur friend will need health care.
