I have been with Sonnet insurance and the experience is really bad. I had an accident and made a claim. Their adjuster never picks calls nor return emails. They never paid my rentals and I had to pay myself. and as I speak, I keep emailing the new adjuster with no response. I was told my claims had been approved but nothing more apart from that. I had an accident since December 9 2021. Their adjusters have no time to respond to calls or emails. I have had my worst experience ever. I won’t advise anybody to be with sonnet insurance. When you need them the most, that’s when they disappoint you. Guys beware

I have been reviewing pet insurance for the past few days and my head was spinning. I called Prudent last night but I did not leave a message. Stephanie from Prudent called me this morning as she saw she had missed my call. She was very kind and answered all my questions. I feel it is important to be able to speak with a live person. We made the right choice with Healthy Paws insurance…
We signed up for Healthy Paws insurance right after we rescued our puppy in October 2020. I did my research before deciding who to pick, and I am confident I made the right choice! Submitting claims is easy and the turnaround is quick. If you sign up for direct deposit, you get your money faster. I haven’t had any issues with claims being processed, and none of them have taken more than a few days. Customer service has been very helpful, and is available to answer questions quickly. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance.

Garbage
Honestly don't even bother. Petsecure insurance is the biggest scam out there. Every time something is submitted there's an excuse for everything about why it's not covered even though I called in and confirmed with an agent that what I was doing was covered. I thought regular insurance was bad, this will make you rage more than anything else. Stay away, save up $100 a month into savings incase something happens to your pet instead, don't even consider it.

Came through when it mattered
We have only made our monthly payments and have not needed to make a claim but when we did, it was a little slow to be processed but was crystal clear and given it was an actual emergency we got our funds via direct deposit within 2 days of approval. Very clean w/ little to now paperwork at all.
