I honestly get infuriated on a monthly basis. I have to update my banking info MONTHLY just to make sure my insurance pulls. Your system always seems to drop the information. Maybe you should look into that. It creates a bad customer experience.

We have had our fur baby for 8 months and she suddenly went blind. After seeing an ophthalmologist and a neurologist they found the cause and reversed her blindness. Without our heath insurance we may not have been able to afford the specialist. Trupanion made everything simple. After a few phone calls to their super nice customer service representatives we weee all set. People think we are crazy for having health insurance on our 2 frenchies but we just laugh and relax knowing we have a wonderful company such as Trupanion to rely on. Would very highly recommend them.

Because I have to pay for 2 weeks that I am not even covered for, I paid on the 28th of February and I am not covered until March 15th and my next payment is March 28th, I think since I'm not covered until March 15th that my next payment should be April 15th
