I said one sentence and the problem was fixed.
I spoke with a representative named Kenny. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgableâ¦even my âlast questionâ that was âmy lastâ about 15 times. The user experience alone and knowing that the person I spoke with was a user and supporter of the product made me feel comfortable with the decision.

Long time customer very unsatisfied
My confidence in Trupanion has decreased GREATLY over the past year as there have been CONTINUOUS issues with claims (on trupanions end), so much hassle to correct the mistakes made during processing, VERY long extensive wait periods for claims to be processed in a timely manor - this has NEVER been an issue as often as it has been over the past 6-7 months. As someone who is employed within the animal care/veterinary industry who has ALWAYS recommended Trupanion to many friends, colleages, and clients - I will be unlikely to continue these recommendations as I strongly feel the care, service and respect for their clients has decreased IMMENSELY.

Was pretty easy to enroll except having to hit a dollar amount each time to see what premium was. Be easy to have a table available to look at.
