BEST PET INSURANCE TRUPANION
We have had TRUPANION since our two Toyaussuiepoo 's were puppies. Now 10 years later. We couldn't have been able to cover the high cost of Veterinary Care without TRUPANION. They are friendly, helpful and their phone app makes filing claims easier than ever. I CAN'T EXPRESS HOW IMPORTANT TRUPANION COVERAGE IS. When our Male dog BLU was diagnosed with MVD Mitral Valve Disease. TRUPANION paid 90% of all cost. For 2 1/2 years including his Oxygen Chamber for the last 6 months of his life until we lost him in April 2025. TRUPANION even paid for Lap of Love to have BLU pass away at home 💝 Don't use any other company. You will regret it.

I gave the highest rate because is almost 11 years that my pet is under Trupanion. In all this years and different circumstances that we went trough Trupanion always had my back in difficult situations The montly premium is going up throught the years but is all worthed.

Straight forward and prompt response on claim
Relatively straight-forward process for a claim. Easy to upload docs. Fetch contacted my Vet and I also forwarded docs. Most of the time gap was due to Vet response, kind of typical. Fetch didn't nitpick. My cat didn't have an pre-existing conditions, so the rest was making the calculations of deduction and percentage, which was done correctly. My claim funds were received in my bank promptly.

My dogs can get all the care they need
I have recommended MetLife pet insurance to many friends and coworkers due to 1) the easy to use app to file claims and 2) the approval of claims. My latest claim was processed in 1 day! I never have to make that tough decision on whether or not to have a test run, medicine prescribed, or procedure done as 80% of the cost is handled by my insurance. As a result, my dogs get the best care they can when they are sick or injured. Thank you MetLife!

FAST Payment
Healthy Paws is the first Pet Insurance company I've ever used. I'm so glad that I decided to get insurance for my 3 fur babies about 3 years ago. I was debating on whether or not I really needed to continue with this company. No issues - just monthly fees being withdrawn every month. Why not just put that money into a high interest saving account? Well, I decided to think on it for about a week before pulling that trigger. Wouldn't you know within days, my GSD was diagnosed with Oral Cancer!! I was devastated but also thankful because I knew I had pet insurance. Because of that I was able to move fast on getting him the medical help that he needed. Once I submitted all of his bills, they were reviewed and paid within days enabling me to quickly pay off the vast amount of money I spent on his treatment. No questions, no issues - just fast payment back! I'll be staying with Healthy Paws going forward and use the high yield savings account for a much needed vacation! ;)
