kind and compassionate
"Kind and compassionate" are not words I typically associate with insurance, but they apply to Embrace. My dog got very sick and spent over a week in and out of the emergency veterinary hospital. The experience was terrible enough, and though cost was a big concern for me, I was willing to spend money to do right by my dog. Embrace gave me the peace of mind that I wouldn't go broke trying to save his life. It was easy to submit claims via their app, and they got processed quickly. Sadly, my dog did not survive. Embrace Customer Service was so kind to me when I contacted him about removing him from my policy. Even the claims adjusters/reviewers left kind comments in the messages alerting me that my claim was complete. They really care about animals and the humans that love them.

BEST PET INSURACE!
I found out my dog has cancer. He already has a lot of health problems from a puppy mill. After researching multiple pet insurance companies, ASPCA was the cheapest and covers everything!

Very Disappointing Service
My dog passed away in early January and I was still waiting on the claims that I had submitted. Right after I had to pay for the following month, February, my claims were posted as denied. So, not only were every single one of the medical bills that I had recieved denied. But I was also charged for the following month before being informed of this. This was particularly painful because my dog succumbed to her sickness before any of this occured. When I called to explain the scenario, we were informed by the representative that maybe I could get a partial refund for February. About a week later, I received notification that this also was denied. All this to say, I will definitely not be recommending PetsBest to any of my fellow animal lovers and will be warning any one considering pet insurance away from this oarticular company. Very disappointed with the service offered by PetsBest.

Great choice for low deductible and great coverage
We bought ManyPets insurance for our puppy as soon as we adopted him. They have been brilliant. Some of our claims have been approved in as little as 10 minutes. We love them and are so glad we trusted this newer company.

Stay away from ASPCA. It’s a scam
I filed my first claim. Having a healthy pet I tried ASPCA for the first time based on reviews. My dog developed breathing issues as can happen with this breed. He had surgery and a claim was filed and denied. The customer service and claims processes were faulty. Never go with this company. I dealt with VPI for years and never had an issue:
