perfect except that my vet was not listed among your correspondents. I would like to have been able to type in the vet's info rather than having to wait for the filing of my first claim

I find it funny (odd) that you can send me this email, because your website tells me, when I try to log on that all of my emails are invalid. Apparently it's missing from your server from what I've read about it. I do know that I can't fix the problem. Normally I would give you 5 big stars.

Not a great start…
Just got pet insuarnave for the first time. The website and app were completely down 2/15 and it’s been over a week and my first claim has not been processed yet. Not a good start.

This was a first for me submitting claims for my pet. I found it to be very easy, just upload your documents follow instructions and that's it.

Unfair denial of claim for Jaffa
Jaffa, our 5 year old mixed breed was lethargic and not himself. We took him to the vet for tests which costs $240 and the claim was established as a new chronic condition. I feel that was unfair because it was a new acute condition and they couldn't possibly have known that it was the beginning of a chronic condition. They therefore didn't reimburse the claim and established a deductible for this problem. The process is easy, but I think that claim denial was unfair. The only condition he has is hypothyroidism. While that is chronic, it doesn't mean that he's predisposed to other chronic conditions.

Highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance!
ASPCA pet insurance was easy, convenient, and very effective. I used the app to upload my documents and monitored the progress. No need for long conversations on the phone, holding to get in touch with anyone. Highly recommend!

Submitting the claim is easy
Submitting the claim is easy. The problem is that I am never contacted to be informed of the resolution of claims. We should be informed if the claim was accepted and what the status of reimbursement, if any, is.
