I submitted a claim for my 6 month puppy and it took them over 2 months not 2 weeks like they state to get a rejection on my claim. They claimed my claim was pre existing….seriously my dog was 6 months old and had her first heat cycle which caused an irritating rash on her belly and they claimed it was pre existing and denied the $300 claim. I told them I wanted to appeal it and after 2 months after filing the appeal of Lemonade doing nothing they decided to close the claim. Now I was paying $92.59 a month for this insurance that claimed to pay claims in 2 weeks and they couldn’t pay a claim in 4 months. At $92.59/month for 12 months for 10 years the average life span for my dog, this insurance was going to cost me well over $11,1000 in my dogs lifetime. By Lemonade not doing their job and denying my claim it cost them $11,100 and saved me $11,100. I can put $92.59/month in a compound interest account and make more money than I was going to spend on Lemonade insurance. Not good business Lemonade. Denying a $300 claim cost you $11,100 in future revenue. Do the math.

Pets best makes it easy
Pets best makes it easy! I love this company. The website is easy and intuitive. The response is pretty darn quick and what is covered and not covered is clear and easy to understand. I moved my cat over to Pets Best Insurance as well.

Most Trustworthy Pet Insurance
When I put in my first claim for our dog's leg accident; the process went swiftly and with no issues and no delays. This last and current time; the same. I've never dealt with such an easy company. Once I submit my papers and information required for a claim; it's fast and trustworthy all the way through until I get the email, saying "It's done".

The most amazing experience with Pet’s…
The most amazing experience with Pet’s Best. The support, the app, access to several tools and ease of claims processing is unparalleled. I’m blown away and so very grateful for the peace of mind I have in knowing that an honest insurance company has my back. I can not say enough good things. I was at the ER recently with my pup and the entire staff there was also raving about Pet’s Best and said that I chose wisely. Thank you - in these uncertain time, I’m glad that something is steadfast and unshakable.

Thank you Trupanion!
Went very well. Vet clinic was able to submit claim and Trupanion was able to make payment directly to vet allowing me less out of pocket at the moment.

We have had good luck so far with our 1 and o lot claim with our 2 dogs insured it just would be easiest if you paid all vets direct instead of reimbursing IF and only if what was needed is covered

Trupanion’s goal seems to be to avoid me being able to meet my deductible.
Trupanion’s goal seems to be to avoid me being able to meet my deductible. I submitted about a dozen claims for my dog’s allergies and they chose to recategorize half of the claims as “gastrointestinal,” instead of “food allergy,” even though his stomach problems are clearly (clear from the exam notes from vet visits which I submitted to Trupanion) due to the fact that he has food allergies. The only reason to recategorize them as gastrointestinal is to avoid me meeting my deductible, which I should have met about $500 ago. Very disappointed and frustrated with this insurance company.
