I love Spot Pet. I simply send in the vet invoice and then I hear from Spot Pet. It is easy, concise. The monthly premiums are very reasonable...another reason to love Spot Pet.

I have Two dogs insured with PB
I have Two dogs insured with PB, one is 8 and one is 2. This company has been supportive and consistent with paying claims. Sometimes it takes longer than I like and a few times I have had to call cs but I am happy with the plan I signed up for. It’s important to decide on your deductible, copay and annual limit before signing bc those things can’t change easily afterwards. And premiums have increased a lot. I am locked in forever due to preexisting conditions so that’s a concern.
