It's a little too early to tell
It's a little too early to tell, but the on-line enrollment process was very easy. I wish the wellness plan was visible before you get to the payment area though. I did ask for it through a chat and the rep sent it to me right away. I think this company is going to be a good one. I have had two other pet insurance companies over the last 30+ years. Both were good, so Pumpkin has some big shoes to fill. I changed because of the price. Pumpkin give my pets more coverage, higher reimbursements, and less cost!

I am so thankful I choose Pets Best insurance company. Not only are they courteous and informative. They are quick to respond on claims. They also have doctors that will talk to you about decisions if you have to have some kind of surgery. I would recommend them highly and have to my friends! Tail issue
I don’t know how I would have managed if I did not have the insurance. Yes it is not direct billing and it took a few days to get reimbursed but I have no complains. I would recommend their service to everyone.

Horrible Insurance
I have had embrace pet insurance since our dogs were in our care. As of the past year they have went down hill completely. We have had issue with them paying our claims. they put your claim on hold, then tell you it can't be covered because of something that was in their chart the was a comment or something. if you want wellness that is all they are good for but If something does happen to your pet do not trust them to pay out the bill.

All I can do is share my experience
All I can do is share my experience. My cat Marvin had a urethral obstruction was discharged then was re-obstructed by morning. Both obstructions required extensive and rapid treatment accompanied by a hospital stay. Fetch paid out both claims. Of the thousands spent the only thing they did not cover was $20 of food.
