the claim was sent directly to trupanion. I did not have to do any paperwork and the claim went through almost immediately. I was reimbursed within days.

great support during a difficult time

Thank you for your prompt responses and payments during a trying time. Because our dog, Zoya, was euthanized, we no longer require coverage. Please cancel the policy. We are not presently ready to take responsibility for a new pet but when we do so we will request a new policy.
