I am very glad to have decided to get this insurance for my dogs Teddy, Pumpkin, and Peanut Butter. Sadly I learned the hard way because Pumpkin tore her ACL. So no insurance will pay for this expensive surgery that she needs because it's a pre-existing condition. So i am paying for her surgery. So now I insured all the dogs and if something else happens they are covered for accidents and illnesses. I researched lots of insurance companies and i went with ManyPets. The only problem i had was i couldn't talk to anyone about insurance because they didn't provide a phone number. They provided an international phone number. Once I bought the insurance I found the phone number.

Everyone told me to get insurance for my new puppy. Since Figo is affiliated with Costco, and Costco has always been terrific, I went with them. So far my experience has been wonderful. Great customer service and prompt issuance of claims. Very satisfied!

Great policies and Service
I have had Pet’s Best for my three dogs since earlier this year and have had a couple of vet visits for my dogs for various issues. The claim submission process is very easy to complete and submit and they are very thorough in processing the claims. They are also very good at reaching out if they need additional information to process your claim. The coverage is excellent and the rates are great compared to a lot of other insurers which is one of the reasons I chose them. I am very happy with the Service they provide whether it is in speaking to someone or when submitting a claim. Claims are processed in a timely manner also so you get your reimbursement as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend.
