The process for signing up was great. I haven’t got to involved with the app as I just signed up. Because I just signed up I have t had to use the insurance.

I swear by Spot!! This place is seriously awesome. My dog tore her ACL a couple weeks ago, and I was literally saved by Spot. The customer service was outstanding and everything was super easy. Thank you, Spot!!!!

Spot pet insurance is the best!!!
Spot pet insurance is the best!!!! I seriously don't know what I would have done without them. I got pet insurance for my new kitty, Freddie, because I saw their ad on Instagram. Next thing I knew, Freddie had earmites (ew!!!) and had to go to the vet. Without pet insurance, I wouldn't have been able to cover the bill. Thank you Spot!!! Freddie and I love you!!!

Worthless contact and help line…
I sent 3 emails telling them it won't let me register as a newly approved insured pet and instead of resolving the problem they send me to a review site. SERIOUSLY??? And they have a contact number that DOESN'T WORK!!!

No such thing as customer service?
I have emailed two questions as a new customer, and neither has been answered. Where's the customer service team? I am regretting my decision to go with ASPCA already and contemplating canceling after my first month.

Spot is INCREDIBLE!!
Spot is INCREDIBLE!!! I can’t say enough great things. When my sweet pup got sick a couple months ago, Spot was there for us. I have no idea what we would have done without them. Seamless processes and incredible customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for pet insurance!
