They Dont cover crap...
I got this insurance a few months before my dog started acting funny, took him to the vet and they determined they had to take out one of his glands. I went to my "insurance" and said hey im past the introductory period so my insurance has kicked in per the email they sent me verifying that insurance was ready and then they told me, "Sorry we cannot cover this 2800$ bill because your dog was taking antibiotics for a skin irritation he had 4 months before i got the insurance. Somehow a skin irritation and a gland inside the body are relative to them not having to pay for the surgery. Their insurance is a waste....

Dear ASPCA, I had questions because what you was asking seemed out of line with the way I have done business with other insurance companies. In stead of communicating with me. You ignored me. I asked someone else, granted it is not your company, but at least they took the time to answer me. You got my money and would not answer your client's questions. Is that good business? I need to know I can depend on the insurance for my friend. Has long as I have had this feline, he has gotten the best Veterinarian care I could afford. You do not fit your marketing ploy. Respectfully, Bruce Kuzma, P.S. I have tried to register on your APP, however, you would not accept any of my email accounts, and here you are writing emails to the very invalid account. Also, it was very quick of you to cash $28.57 charge on my bank account. But you will not allow me to have access to your APP. My account #A7260794 please close it. Respectfully, Bruce R. Kuzma
