Claims adjudication
I have had this policy for multiple pets for about 8 years.Their customer service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable. It should be noted that unless submitted claims are clearly itemized the claims are denied. You need to get a representative who will advise exactly what is required from your vet for reimbursement under your policy. Although this can be a hassle their representatives are very helpful and extremely compassionate. My most recent experience was the same as prior submissions and the claims finally paid. Suggestion: If Embrace added what specific detailed information is required on their claim forms (which are very generic) it would be more efficient and then they would absolutelyreceive 5 stars from me.
