Highly Recommend Healthypaws!!!
HIGHLY Recommend!! I have had healthy paws for both my cats for 3 years now. I find it very easy to submit claims online to them and their response is very quick for processing and reimbursement. If there is ever an issue or question with the invoice I submit, they reach out right away and it is solved very quickly. They have been extremely helpful and useful throughout my cats lives especially with my Sphynx who has had many unexpected health problems. They have covered all of it (according to the plan and policy). Not only all this, but they also reached out personally when they saw my cat stayed in the emergency room overnight to see how he was doing. The monthly price for this insurance is also very reasonable in comparison to others. If you are able to pay up front at the vet and wait a short time frame for reimbursement then please choose this one, you won't be disappointed. I am very happy and pleased with this insurance company and highly recommend them to anyone considering getting health insurance for their animals.

As of yet my 'soon to be emotional…
As of yet my 'soon to be emotional support dog' has not yet come to live with me but I will be getting her this upcoming weekend. So at this point I haven't had any use for my new ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. I purchased the pet insurance ahead of obtaining my little Auni so that she is protected from the moment she comes to live with me.

Life Saver! Must have for all pet owners!
My 7 month old bulldog had rope stuck in his intestines. The bill was catastrophically high. Trupanion paid 70% of this claim. I was doubting if the coverage was worth the money. From here on our, I have zero doubt that I can’t afford to go with it.

Too complicated
I have had pet insurance with a different company prior to choosing Embrace and honestly I wish I had insured my cats with a different company. I find Embrace so complicated, more work than I have time for to manage my cats insurance. I had Healthy Paws before And I may return to them.

Baffling Increases
Trupanion gets away with way too much. You can increase your deductible but you can never decrease it! Also, our one year old golden retriever's insurance is going from $65 to $100 a month while my five year old mutt is only $80 a month. They increase it without justification and honestly, it's not even worth it unless your dog needs a multitude of expensive treatments.
