The people made this great. The rising cost is why I can’t give 4 stars, and not having the sliding scale of deductible is another reason. But the fact that I can call, not wait on hold and speak with a pet lover like me is why this company is the only company I’d choose. We submitted several invoices and the website was not properly working. We had to keep submitting them sometimes up to five times before they were accepted, very time consuming . in addition, we are still pending are reimbursements on several claims despite them being accepted.
