I have had this policy for years
I have had this policy for years. The price has gone up over $500 dollars on a healthy young dog for the year. When I spoke with a representative they just save me a sales pitch. As a 25 year veteran in the veterinary world I asked them to stop. They just continued with their script. When I went to cancel the policy they again started with the sales pitches. I had to finally yell through the phone to get them to stop reading their script and just cancel the policy. Come to find out they charge you another month after you cancel per their policy. This company started out so great and have turned into a sales pitch that people can not afford.

It's a great way to get complete insurance online. No tedious conversations or long waits on the phone with an agent. Just answer questions on their website, and that's it—you get a recognized insurance policy.

I never leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with one of the representatives while I was looking into cancelling my policy that I felt I had to share. She took the time to work within my budget while being honest and offering recommendations that were truly in the best interest of both me and my kitties. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but I’m so grateful for the care and effort she put into finding a new plan that worked for us. Because of her exceptional customer service, I’ll continue recommending Fetch to my friends, family, and clients. Thank you so much! :)
