They’re awesome when you file your claim it only takes like two days to get reimbursed. Their customer easy to get a hold of and the best I would refer this pet insurance to everyone. Had coverage on my 4 dogs for 7 years, it's been great aside from the doubling of premiums each year for the past 2 years. Prior to that there were no premium increases. Claim submission and reimbursement is quick and easy. Even with increased premiums, it's saved me thousands over the last 2-3 years.
