So far, I am not very happy with Fetch Pet. Their website is not user friendly. Chose this company over Healthy Paws and truly believe I made a mistake. It's virtually impossible to chat or leave message, as there are only these chat bots you have to chose from but if your question pertains to something other than what's in the bot forget it. Although I set up direct deposit, informed my reimbursement was sent via mail (can't use direct deposit over $2,000 is what I was told) and they allow up to 21 days for you to receive your reimbursement by check. Was I informed of this at time of payout....of course not. Just the total lack of communication with this company is incredible.

Could not be more *dissatisfied* with Pets Best
I have now filed my first two claims with Pets Best. They are for my new puppy, who is now eight months old. Pets Best has done nothing but give me the run around and request more and more records from my veterinarian to pay the puppy's vet bills. They continue to request more and more information from the veterinarian and me to determine whether the claims should be paid. Two claims over a 6-month period, and they have paid me not a dime. I have paid them for months. They have paid me not a single benefit. Nothing. My veterinarian now had to go through and rewrite and resubmit documents to their satisfaction. Then, still nothing. More Rejection. More delay. I'm not paying a monthly premium for a hassle. And I did read somewhere that they are somehow connected to or financed by Synchrony Bank - an organization I have come to find has not always been on the up and up. I will drop Pets Best the first chance I get, probably today. If you choose them, it's your choice. But, you do it now, going in informed as to how they actually operate.
