The worst service I have ever seen...
Don't waste your time with this service. When you needed the most after my dog passed away they simply followed their protocol of rejecting claims. This is just money driven. Look somewhere else. I will NEVER use this again.

A very satisfied Trupanion customer
Trupanion makes claim submission soooo easy. Their claim process is quick and accurate. As my dog ages I’m so glad to have Trupanion to help with the inevitable and costly health issues. Absolutely worth the monthly Trupanion fee.

Your claim response is wonderful
Your claim response is wonderful. You always complete account claims and send out refunds if necessary. It’s in a timely fashion. The only thing I’m not happy with the company is that it’s hard to actually physically speak to someone on the phone. I’m not good at chatting. And I haven’t even seen that. But I wish you could make actual customer service people more available to your customers.
