They’ve covered all the crazy illnesses my kittens have managed to get. The first claim was denied, but I appealed with more info, and it was approved. Claims process is super easy, and money lands in your account same day.

I got charged twice for the same car
I got charged twice for the same car, they said they would cancel one policy and reimburse me as I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours trying to make sense of everything and they’re still charging me for both insurances now with no reimbursement
