Simple Process & Fair Pricing
The online process was very simple and easy to understand. I have been wanting to get insurance for my pet for a while now and the pricing for Nationwide was a fair price and will cover many of our pet expenses.

I’m extremely disappointed with this pet insurance company. Despite paying premiums in good faith, every claim has been denied with the same blanket excuse: “pre-existing condition.” It feels like no matter what the issue is, they find a way to connect it to something vague in your pet’s past just to avoid paying. What’s the point of insurance if coverage disappears the moment you actually need it? The process is frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately pointless. I strongly regret choosing this company and would not recommend it to any pet owner who expects real coverage instead of loopholes and denials. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
