Our puppy had an emergency and broke his leg. We had a lot of unexpected costs - emergency doctor, surgery, rehab, follow up visits, medication - and Trupanion was AWESOME! So easy to submit invoices to. The review process was simple, quick and easy. Payment came in the mail within 3 days. The communication along the way was spot on! They absolutely live up to their reputation. I work in insurance... the paper means nothing if claims don't back it up... with Trupanion there is no need to look anywhere else, insure with Trupanion!
