Friendly service when calling the employees sound like they know what they are talking about when you have questions- hard to find in most places these days ?? but also the claims are paid very quickly.

Friendly service when calling, the employees sound like they know what they are talking about when you have questions- hard to find in most places these days ?? but also the claims are paid very quickly. I had other pet insurance before and when I had to file a claim I was told it wasnât covered. Trupanion does a great job explaining up front when purchasing a policy what is covered and what isnât so thereâs no disappointment or confusion later on when you submit a claim and itâs not approved or partially approved.
