Corrective measures
Although there were two bits of misunderstanding regarding my policies they were immediately corrected. So far I am satisfied with their customer service.

No customer service
I contacted them because I was charged twice in 3 days but as of yet no response. It’s been only 4 days but not even a we’ll check on it and get back. No acknowledgment is what I’m saying.

The customer service and overall coverage are without match in the Industry
The customer service and promptness of payment (to me or to our veterinary providers) is exceptional! The only thing I struggle with is the price per month for my Dobermans. I know they are a breed fraught with health concerns. However if we're truly joining a large risk pool, that cost/dog should be softened on an actuarial basis

Don't waste your time -save your money
I've seen a lot of great reviews for this insurance, but they did nothing but waste my time/money the past year and a half. I signed my cat up for insurance back in 8/2021 after he was diagnosed with asthma. He then had a bad health predicament 1/2023, out of nowhere he lost a lot of weight and stopped eating. I then used the insurance or attempted to...they took TWO MONTHS to give me an answer. The WORST part is they kept sending me emails saying "in review", "in review". I decided to chat with them two days ago asking what is taking so long? The woman tells me that they contacted my specialist three times for medical records (that didn't even exist for the time period they requested). I asked her why no one even bothered to tell me why this was still "in review". While on chat with the woman I called my specialist and within minutes they emailed/faxed the medical records that the insurance had been waiting on for weeks. Customer service might be fast to connect to, but the ones working the claims just drag their feet and don't give full communication. I personally work for insurance (car insurance), we would NEVER have someone wait a whole 2 months and give such vague communication like this. Really hope you guys look elsewhere after seeing this review...

I have three greyhounds insured through…
I have three greyhounds insured through three different insurance company. My oldest greyhound is insured through Pets Best and they are absolutely terrible. I have claims going back four months. They take 40 days to process a claim at which time they deny the claim and close it for lack of medical records that have already been sent by my vets multiple times (which I verified). They promise to reopen claims, but they don't. Then I have to appeal the claims. Now I have learned it takes 90 days for an appeal to be processed. When I call customer service, I get conflicting information each time. Of course, they apologize every time I call which was once or twice a week. The amount of time tracking my claims and sitting on hold is beyond the pale.

When I signed up
When I signed up, I paid $70. Was told about getting some kind of package in the mail explaining everything. I have not received anything and had to already call to ask questions. I referred a friend but told her to wait cause I'm not sure anymore. Fir what the nice guy explained, not sure this is what I'm looking for.
