Since Summer 2020, I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for my 3 cats. One of them has had a lot of health issues and I am glad I have coverage for him. I have always appreciated ASPCA's good Customer Service. The Representatives I have communicated with have been helpful and kind. The online portal is easy to use. The Claims Submission and Review process has always been efficient and fair. I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance. Thank you!

So far everything seems to be great. The proof is in the pudding though ...
I can only give 3 stars, (average) at this point because I have not used the policy yet. I did find it easy to apply for a policy, select an appropriate coverage level and complete the purchase of my policy. If that's indicative of how the policy claims will be handled, I'll give 5 stars in the future. However, at this point I can't grade the entire process fairly so I'm going "neutral".

This quote they gave me is 300$ per month more than anywhere else. 700 deductible too! ya right!! 43$ per month is what i recieved at the highest end with 500$ deductible. Take your business elsewhere.
