Affordable, Great Customer Service & Policy
Both of my dogs are with Fetch by the Dodo since they were puppies. I've filed multiple claims and have never had a problem. Recently they even have direct deposit and it's sent quickly. I couldn't be happier. It's the most affordable and their customer service is top-notched. I can always quickly chat without having to be on hold forever when I have a question.

Lovely people, and so efficient!
Within 2 years of adopting our cat, she needed urgent dental surgery - stressful for us, and obviously our cat. But when we first adopted her I arranged insurance with Trupanion, and I am so glad I did - when the vet bill came in we put in our claim and it was read, investigated, and approved within days. Everyone I have had contact with at Trupanion is polite and efficient - I highly recommend them!

Best insurance
I have had PetPlan on my dogs and absolutely wouldn’t do without it. I have recently lost my 15 yr chihuahua who had IVDD and his surgery and all medicals were always covered. Petplan is absolutely wonderful. My 9 yr old Chiweenie is covered by Petplan as well and any claims submitted have always been covered.

Sign up was a breeze. Spoke to a representative, informative and helpful. Needless to say have not used the policy... but the purchase process couldn't have been easier. So...so far, so good.

Fantastic first claim experience
I had my first claim with my poodle Stella and I am so thankful for this insurance. It was super simple. I submitted claim forms and was approved right away and then reimbursed. I recommended this insurance to all of my friends and will continue to do so. The communication was great too.
