The process was easy and I had no issue submitting my claim. My only critique is the length of time it took for my claim to be processed. It was much longer than the initial predicted period of 2 weeks, which is already a significant period of time.

My first time getting pet insurance!
I just signed up, so I don't really know how to answer. I will say that after reviewing many (too many in fact) Pet Ins websites I decided to go with ManyPets for the value it adds and reviews I had read. However, I will say that your website and the way info is accessed could be improved. There were things that I didn't know about until after I had signed up for that I would have liked to know in advance.

They never communicate and tell you…
They never communicate and tell you anything about your claim. If they don’t cover your claim they don’t Communicate and tell you why. I don’t have my online account set up yet, so they never tell me anything. I am very dissatisfied with this pet insurance. It doesn’t seem like they cover very much either and they just raise your premium without even letting you know.
