For the first time
For the first time, in umpteen years of my being with Pet First, they missed sending a reimbursement. Had to call and ask if I had cashed it and didn’t remember. Agent was very helpful and the next day I received a note that payment was on the way. Only issue I have had and everyone was very helpful.

Two torn ACL's this year!!!
Two torn ACL's this year. . . left hind leg January 2025 & right hind leg August 2025. We would have been out of pocket $11,000 this year for these two surgeries. The majority of the cost was covered by the policy. Thank you, Trupanion.

I have had Embrace almost a year. I chose them because they were associated with USAA who has wonderful customer service.
