2.5. The company is fine. The coverage is good with a decent deductible, but it takes so long for them to review claims. I've submitted a claim nearly a month ago and there's been little to no progress. I've never had insurance claims take this long for myself, I don't understand why it takes forever for pets with Fetch.

Liars and thieves
Calling Pets Best thieves and liars might seem over the top, but that's been my experience with them. It took TWO MONTHS for Pets Best to review my claims. I got absolutely nothing back on two very expensive vet visits, and the money wasn't even applied to my deductible. Their excuse? Everything on my cat's vet visits was due to a "pre-existing condition." Convenient excuse to deny both my claims, but more importantly, it is not true! I would NOT recommend Pets Best to anyone looking for pet insurance for their cat. Save your money- otherwise you are throwing it in the street if you do business with them. All of these positive 5 star reviews leads me to believe that the reviews are fake, or they were paid to post them. Beware.

Easy Process
Healthy Paws has been great to work with since I added it on my two girls 6 years ago. It's simple to submit a claim and they pay out very quickly. One of my girls had to have surgery on both of her CCL tears and Healthy Paws reimbursed us the next day after submitting the invoice.
