I have had very good experiences with Trupanion. Every customer service representative that I have talked to in the past two years has been very helpful. I wish you covered some of the expense of office visits.

Vanessa was professional and nice to talk with but she could not solve my problem.
Vanessa was professional and nice to talk with, but she could not solve my problem. Every claim I send in is either a "preexisting or an allergy". Plus, every claim has a $500 deductible, which means I will never get reimbursed, unless it is a large claim. So I will be changing insurance at the beginning of the month.
