Policy Exclusions
I called to discuss the letter I received that cited there were exclusions to my dogs policy due to a pre-existing condition. I had no idea when I signed up for the policy that Jace had any prior issues. Nationwide's Angela explained to me that the exclusions could be reviewed in six months if Jace didn't have any recurring issues with the items mentioned in the exclusions. All good information from Angela and she even sent me the form for follow-up for a review in six months.

The options for my puppy’s first year were perfect! Deductible, and max amount and monthly payments fit my budget. Being a chewing boy he ended up at urgent care for an inhaled foxtail, twice for swallowing foreign object, and muscular injury! Claims easy to file and reimbursements quick and electronic deposit!

Trupanion - amazing support
I have to thank Trupanion for their incredible support over the years with our toy poodles. Our beloved Hattie just had emergency gall bladder removal surgery, which was nerve wracking and uncertain and expensive (!). Knowing Trupanion was there for us helped alleviate the anxiety of our dear pet going into surgery. Their expedited process also means we are getting reimbursed literally within a week of thaw surgery. Thank you thank you, Trupanion!
