They actually have customer service Representatives that care for you and your pet
I previously had another pet insurance before with my pet that past on. Needless to say all pet insurances are not created equally. Some use deceptive practices and procedures. So this time I did it even deeper dig into all the pet insurances and I actually spoke to a couple representatives from a couple different companies but I kept going back to pumpkin. They were able to answer every question I had and they made me feel like I was part of their family. Once I had signed up for the pumpkin Pet insurance they had checked on my pet several times to make sure she was still was still doing fine. They made me feel like my pet was their family which is wonderful because my pet is family to me.

I am so pleased with Pumpkin
I am so please with Pumpkin. Our dog has developed Cushing's disease and all along the way the family at Pumpkin have researched my claims with my 2 veterinarians and stayed in contact with me as well. They complete my claims quickly and fairly! I am so happy I went with Pumpkin Insurance for older dogs. It's never too late because you never know what may happen to your fur baby! As we have learned most recently.

Worth every penny
