Robbery
We have been with petplan for 6 years with our relatively healthy cav. We've submitted 3 claims in that time for minor issues. In the 6 years out policy has increased by 1500$/ yr They have no explanation for this except it should increase yearly. The payout for our claims total is about 400$. Truly unacceptable

Trupanion is my favourite pet insurance
I like a Trupanion because it has direct pay and my Veterinarian and it is so easy to submit the claims. I recently had a billing question and was able to chat with a rep late at night to get my issue resolved.
