Abysmally slow
My dog had an exam and xrays on Dec 27, 2022. I sent the paid invoice and a note telling Pets Best he needed surgery and it was scheduled. My dog had surgery on Jan 23, and I sent the paid invoice to PB on Jan 26. My vet sent the records to PB on Feb 6. I had heard nothing from PB a month later. I ended up calling 3 times trying to get results, and finally after my last call to them on March 14, I got an email on March 15 explaining what would be reimbursed. I still have not received the check, and have no idea how long that may take. I have 10 pets insured with them, and am rethinking this, because this degree of slow response is abysmal.

Good app
The app is very easy to work with and makes submitting for coverage/reimbursement very easy. The coverage itself is a little disappointing ($75 of a $700+ spay surgery) but not sure what is better. We’ll take a look before getting dog #2. Overall, we’ve been happy.

Insurance?
They took out my monthly ins before I finished talking to the staff member to see how it works. I was not satisfied and wanted them to return my payment asap, but was told 7-10days, I think they could have reversed the charges the same day. I hope who ever reads this will put the money back on my account soon.
