Too Much For Too Little, if any at all.
Monthly premiums are too high for the little coverage they offer. My deductible for any certain health issue was 200 dollars, and my monthly premium was over 100. I had paid into one health issue over a thousand dollars, Trupanion only covered $175. Please do your shopping, there are better more affordable pet insurances out there that actually value the life of my pet.

It's easy to file a claim
It's easy to file a claim. I receive an automated "receipt of claim" e-mail and my claim is reviewed within the next several days. There have only been one or two times when I was asked for additional information. To date, I've been pleased with the process and reimbursement has been timely.

My claims went in on 2/14 2023
My claims went in on 2/14 2023. I had to call petsbest 3 times before I found out they were still waiting for medical records. Which they had for a few weeks,finally on March 30th after calling again and about to drop my coverage, did they finally finalize my claim. I have direct deposit and have yet to receive reimbursement to my account. Petsbest appears to be very nonchalant about settling claims

Great customer service
The website contains very useful information, but I still had some questions. I sent in an email, and within a couple of minutes(!), I received a very thorough response. As soon as we adopt another dog, I will very likely sign up for insurance and the preventative care program. The customer service is excellent.
