They misguided me and avoid paying
My dog was involved in a major car accident, and 4 months after she jumped from the couch and hurt her ligament, but they declined my claim because they said this issue is a degenerative disease. I called them up, the advisor told me to file for a reassessment, I did it, and they said we need more documents to show it was from a major accident. I told them it's okay to provide after 180 days. She said yes since you opened up the reassessment in that window, and we need more documents. I gathered all the documents to provide them; it took me about 8 months. They said OOO, it's 180 days after, and we can't do a reassessment. BULLSHIITTT

Scam Alert for Pets Best
I submitted $800 worth of claims. Wellness, shots, an early and meds. It took them over a month to get back to me via email to advise they denied all claims. This company is a total fraud. I paid my premium every month for over a year and received absolutely no benefit from it. Don't trust this company.
New pet added to existing policy
We added a new pet to our existing policy and went straight to the vet for first vaccinations and health checkup. Snapped some quick pictures of our receipt and itemized visit description and added them to the Pet's Best app. Within a week or so payout was directly deposited into my personal bank account and I got an email with the payout decision. Easy Peasy!! Now my new baby has her shots and first wellness check and I didn't break the bank! Please be aware that I have the wellness add on to my policy (accident and illness alone doesn't cover preventive care) So far, I have not had to make any accident/illness claims, but its nice knowing the coverage is there should something happen!
Pet owner experience with Pets Best
The process to file a claim is straight forward and can be quickly completed. Communication throughout the process is excellent and timely. Claims are completed in a timely manner and explanations are complete.

Excellent company
Pets Best has always been responsive to claims and always thoroughly explained their determination of payment. As a baby, claims were easy but since developing epilepsy, claims were more frequent and more complicated. Pets Best has continued high quality service and responsiveness, making it possible for me to provide the care my girl has needed over the years. It is only due to Pets Best that I’ve been able to do so. I’m grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the best in pet insurance for their own pets.
Great Insurance
I filed my claims on Saturday, on Tuesday I received notice that the claims were completed! It actually took longer for the money to hit my account, (not Pets Best fault) then it took to complete the claim. Love this insurance! This is the best vet insurance I've ever had.
We've had Trupanion since our GSD was…
We've had Trupanion since our GSD was 12 weeks old. Thank goodness we have insurance on her. She was a naughty puppy and would find anything to put in her mouth. Multiple vet trips. As she's aged, she has developed recurring ear infections and has many allergies. Trupanion has always paid in a very timely manner.

In a shocker, the site suddenly didn't work when I went to submit my claim
*Update to the below: I tried again a few hours later, and it still didn't work. I will admit to being extraordinarily frustrated at this point. That said-there is good news. When I got to my office this morning, I tried a fifth time, and it got through. I can't speak to if they are going to cover it or not, which I'll update if they do or don't, but at the very least, it seems whatever issues they were having with their submission portal have been fixed and my claim was able to be submitted. I've upped the stars to four on the basis of functionality; now lets see if the insurance I've had for seven years turns out to be honorable and legit. I did check my coverage (injury/illness) and I should be ok. Previous Experience: I have had them as pet insurance for more than five years and have never submitted a claim. I tried to submit my first claim this evening, three different times, and each time when I got to the "submit claim" portion the website would mysteriously stop working and say something was wrong and the claim could not be submitted, even though every other part of the process worked just fine. It feels like a delay tactic, like every insurance company ever-they do this kind of thing in hopes that the person filing the claim will just give up and not bother. I'll try again tomorrow, and if the site mysteriously stops working at the submit claim step yet again, I'm going to be fairly angry. This is what insurance companies do-deny, deny, deny. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be yet another insurance company scam.

Embrace- very impressive!
My pets have been covered by Embrace pet insururance at least for the last 7-8 years. They process claims very fast & they contact the vets office themselves to obtain the record too. I am very impressed by them. You cannot go wrong with Embrace. I am grateful they offer honest business unlike some other pet insurance businesses.

Knowledgeable and Honest Insurance Advisor
So thankful for Nadine's (Van Ness) knowledge, honesty, and patience assisting me in getting insurance for our Fench Bulldog, Lucy. I was on the fence, not sure it was worth the money, worth the "effort" (having to submit my own claims). My rational mind told me it was the right thing to do but the emotional me wants to believe that Lucy won't suffer breed-specific illnesses. Nadine shared some medical experiences with her bulldog, and said what I really needed to hear; that as a friend, as a fellow bulldog owner, I need insurance (whether with Fetch or someone else). She answered all my questions, took my order over the phone and highlighted the fine details that I likely would have skipped signing up on line. I appreciate ALL of that. Thanks for helping make the discission and walking me through the policy Nadine.
