Wonderful customer service
We recently added a puppy to our policy. We wanted the same coverage that we have on our older dog but couldn't find the options on the website. I called and was provided exactly what we wanted in a short amount of time. *We have not filed a claim yet.

Don’t recommend this insurance!!
I’ve had insurance with them for years, my cats tooth recently broke he was drooling and scratching at his face. Rushed him to emergency vet, then got in to his vet a couple days later for surgery to remove tooth! ASPCA INSURANCE REFUSED TO REINBURSE MORE THEN 100.00 out of about 1700.00! Went to better business bureau, and aspca insurance stated that records didn’t state a broken tooth! I now have the records that show a broken tooth!!!

The one and only claim since my dog…
The one and only claim since my dog died was denied. First because they believe her death from heart attack was previous cond. It was not. Then her name is Lucy and LULU as her nickname with exact birthdate and breed and weight disqualified her as a different animal. I called and they require a vet to correct this! then because she was dead it took 7 times to cancel the policy. How tacky are these people I gave up on the claim and am contesting my credit card.

Having the insurance is a very simple and easy experience. I just uploaded my vet bills and received an email and once I paid the deductible I received check in the mail within 5 days. I will always have insurance on my pet.
