It was much easier than I was expecting. Claim form was simple and the claim checks were automatically deposited into my bank account.

If I didnât have this insurance on my dogs-I would have had to let them both go to the ârainbow bridgeâ ?? This insurance has absolutely saved my dogs lives!!! Best decision I have ever made!!

Customer service thus far has treated me very well and been very helpful and friendly when I have called with questions. Unfortunately, I lost my sweet puggle girl in February 2022. To kidney disease and had to use the insurance as several thousands of dollars mounted in vet bills. I have to say that trupanion came through for me and covered exactly what they were supposed to cover and with no hassles at all. Also, I loved that my vet was able to Bill them and get paid directly without my having to get involved in the claims process and was able to just deal with taking care of my sick dog. I think that in itself is a huge Advantage with trupanion. They also paid all of the claims within two to three days tops. My experience with them was all positive. I have now just recently rescued another sweet puggle girl and immediately enrolled her with trupanion. I of course hope to not have to use the insurance again but at least have some peace of mind from my last experience that if I do they will be there.
